What is an "RFP credit"?
One credit covers the full generation of one RFP — from the AI interview through document architecture, content generation, and image synthesis. Credits refresh on the first day of every billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Starter and Professional plans, additional RFPs and scorings are billed at the listed overage rate on your next invoice. You can also buy a credit pack at any time from your billing portal to lock in lower per-unit pricing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade any time from your subscription dashboard. Prorated charges apply for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Which AI engines do you use?
Our Quill family of text engines covers fast drafting (Quill Standard), balanced authoring (Quill Pro), long-context regulated work (Quill Apex), and structured reasoning (Quill Reason). Canvas and Canvas Ultra handle illustrations. Provider details are available under NDA for Enterprise customers.
